Alpha Phi Omega provides four different types of service.
Each chapter carries out projects that benefit their campus and students. These include campus cleanups and blood drives.

Each chapter develops projects that have an impace beyond the campus and community. These include blood drives and sending supplies and cards overseas.
Each chapter has projects that directly benefit the members of the chapter. These include sectional, regional, and national conferences.
