As stated in our bylaws:
"The Public Relations Chair shall oversee the publication and distribution of the monthly chapter newsletter; communicate with other chapters; be responsible for the publicity of all Alpha Phi Omega events; serve as chair of the Public Relations committee; delegate responsibilities to committee members as necessary; hold at least one Public Relations committee meeting per month; help Pledge Educator and Rush Chair coordinate rush events; coordinate any alumni communications with the Membership and Alumni Vice President; attend all executive committee and chapter meetings or send a representative; and such other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the executive committee."
